Upon receipt of any communication from you requesting a consultation with a surgeon my obligation shall be limited to my using my reasonable endeavours to communicate the information you provide to the relevant surgeon.

The information on my site regarding consultations with surgeons is based on my understanding of the service provided the relevant surgeon and it is not intended that you rely on this information.

I give no warranty or assurance about the service provided by the surgeon to whom the information you provide is communicated. You should seek advice directly from the surgeon concerned about the services they provide and the terms and conditions upon which those services are provided. Information on my site may be incorrect or out of date and may not constitute a complete or definitive statement of those services and terms and conditions.
